Grief is a complex and deeply personal experience. Many forget that we can grieve the passing of a loved one, a significant life change, or even a dream. Grief can leave us feeling overwhelmed, lost, and uncertain about how to move forward.
It can make us feel isolated despite the fact that everyone we know has probably grieved someone or something. The isolation could come from the fact that many people are uncomfortable with hard conversations and some put grief in that category.
I think it is important to remember the power of healing and growth within grief. We need to understand that grief is a journey and it can be beautiful. When we reflect on the grief of losing someone we care about, we reflect on the love.
Grief is love with no place to go, how beautiful that we love someone so much and want them here so badly. So grieve loudly and proudly, because what other option do we have?
